The 14er Summit Log is designed & made by Greg & Keely in Evergreen. As they began knocking peaks off their list, they sought a way to commemorate each hike. The idea for the 14er Summit Log was born - the perfect gift for any hiker or nature-loving Coloradan. They reached out to generously offer you guys 🔥 25% off before March 15th - use code JEFFCOCREW or click this link to have the discount applied.

🏡 Looky Loo
Per member requests, I'm bringing back the thing where I poke around our local real estate market to highlight fun finds - great deals, astronomical mansions or killer mountain cabins.
This week, check out this $850k 3BD 2BA Scenic Heights home in Arvada, with spectacular views and some fantastic bones for a family looking to put in a little elbow grease. Super classic, timeless lines and built-ins everywhere, very 1950's vibes going on. It's definitely lived-in, but a little polish could go a long way!

🧠 Tips from ya'll
Last week I asked what your favorite specialty grocers in the area are, and again you all came through bigtime.
Sam suggests Wheat Ridge Poultry & Meats, Belfiore Italian for all things Authentic Italian Food, and adds Vinnola's Italian Market as honorable mention "for their pastries and cannolis!"
Margie gets "fresh bison meat direct from a rancher at Rock River Bison. They have a website, I order what I need (no minimums) and pick up at their warehouse in Commerce City." I love this direct to farm approach as someone who started a food traceability startup in a past life.
Cindy loves Edwards Meats - as do I, they an incredible selection. She adds Valente's Deli, Bakery & Italian Market in Westminster, with Italian foodstuffs, plus fresh deli sandwiches, cannoli & coffee.
Lauren (who WINS this week's recs) shouts out Tom’s Seafood & Gourmet Market for "the best fresh seafood and market items to make any special or weeknight meal. Friendly, and knowledgeable family owned and local." I concur, this shop is simply fantastic and has a truly next-level Instagram account to boot.
Lauren also loves Andre & Lana’s European Market for "selling Eastern European specialties like fish, chocolates, cookies, pierogues & cheeses - and canned goods. Plus amazing Rye and pumpernickel bread baked fresh!" They just opened their 2nd location in Lakewood.
And finally, Lauren for the win, adds "Jasmine Market on Wadsworth is a middle eastern market with lots of dried herbs, beans, baklava, couscous and dried fruits. Plus a Halal butcher and fresh pita!"
I want what Lauren is eating. 🤤
For next week - this is a big one - share your favorite 🏡 home maintenance provider! Got a great handyman? A great lawn care team? A fair plumber or mechanic?
These references are the homeowner's equivalent of finding a winning lottery ticket. Share your best with the crew!
If you all share enough, maybe we'll make a Jeffco Crew handbook for these references or something!
