Jeffco Crew #016 - Succulents, Hats & Derby Season

Jeffco Crew #016 - Succulents, Hats & Derby Season
I love rain, so I'm happy. But I feel a little alone on that one.

Last week I surveyed ya'll about what kind of in-person meetups you'd find fun.

Thank you for the responses!

And for the alternative ideas. Shout out to crew member Uri for suggesting we all go camping together - a very strong idea that I'm now scheming on.

Speaking of scheming - I've been working on having some Jeffco Crew hats and shirts made.

This is a directional mockup, not exactly what we'd do, but click here if you'd have some interest in wearing this kinda stuff around town.

Okay let's get to it.

🏡 Looky Loo

Where I poke around our local real estate market to highlight fun finds - great deals, astronomical mansions or killer mountain cabins.

Today we snoop around inside this updated 5BD, 5BA Morrison home hitting the market at $1.75m. It's on 1.4 acres in a beautiful neighborhood.

So many windows.

The interior gives some great sight line vibes:

Indoor/outdoor livin' vibes.

Our next virtual breaking & entering is out in Conifer, a 5BD, 4BA home on 10 acres with view that should cost a lot more than the $1.4m they're asking.

Someone find these folks a staging company, right?

You can see like a thousand miles. The house needs a warmer presentation - it doesn't look lived in - but make it homey and this is a spectacular spot.

I see you hot tub. I see you.

A few highlighted events for the upcoming week.
