This week, partially due to some personal travel (Ohio), I'm **a day later than the recent Wednesday cadence** for the newsletter. Which before that was Tuesdays. Which means that it's time for you to share your preference for send day! Click your preference: πŸ‘‰ I prefer [Tuesday](https://jeffcocrew.com/voted/?ref=tuesdaysend) πŸ‘‰ I prefer [Wednesday](https://jeffcocrew.com/voted/?ref=wednesdaysend) πŸ‘‰ I prefer [Thursday](https://jeffcocrew.com/voted/?ref=thursdaysend) Okay, let's get to it! **And Happy Father's Day to all the dads!** --- ## 🎧 We Listen Where I choose a few songs for you to enjoy - and [request your suggestions](https://tally.so/r/mYpYZ6?ref=jeffcocrew.com)! This citywide celebration transforms Golden into a hub of creativity, with events, exhibits, and experiences popping up all week long. From mural walks and gallery receptions to live music, kids’ activities, and hands-on workshops, there’s something for everyone. The week culminates in the Artsweek Golden Festival on Saturday and Sunday (June 21-22), where over 70 artists from around the country will line 12th Street in downtown Golden. Expect everything from paintings and sculpture to ceramics, jewelry, and textiles - plus food trucks, local brews, and a vibrant street festival vibe. Whether you’re an art lover, a curious kid, or just looking for a fun summer outing, this should be a ton of fun for everyone. On this day in 1859, Golden City was established during the Colorado Gold Rush - eventually becoming the territorial capital and the hub it is today. While there’s no official celebration this year, it’s a great excuse to explore downtown, take in the historic charm, and raise a toast to the town that helped shape the Front Range. --- ## πŸ—“οΈ Upcoming Things to Do Send me [feedback, events or ideas](https://tally.so/r/mYpYZ6?ref=jeffcocrew.com)! ## Thursday 6/12 5pm / Mountain Home (Evergreen) - πŸ“Έ **Michael Pintar Art Show**, featuring stunning rodeo & western photography celebrating the Evergreen Rodeo.
