That thing every other week where I poke around our local real estate market to highlight fun finds - great deals, astronomical mansions or killer mountain cabins.
We kick off with this 4BD, 6.5BA home in Evergreen listed at just under $4m (what a steal!) that had me thinkin' about writing newsletters in this dreamy library-office.
And look at the size of this table next to the indoor pool? Are we doing family meals here? Confused.
And next we have one of those architectural delights, a 3BD, 2.5BA home in Boulder on nearly 40 acres that looks straight out of Dwell magazine. It's listed at $3.25m, a 1980's cabin renovated around six years ago.
The industrial mixed with natural woods isn't for everyone - I'm a fan - but it's executed really well in this place. Even the pizza oven has vibes.

🎉 Big Belmar Bash
Lakewood’s throwing a party on the eve of the Fourth, and it’s one of the best pre-holiday celebrations around. The Big Belmar Bash takes over downtown Belmar on Thursday, July 3 from 5-10pm, with live music, food trucks, a local maker market, and family fun all evening long. The night wraps with a dazzling drone show at 9:15pm - no loud booms, just sky-lit beauty. It’s free to attend, walkable, and perfectly timed to kick off your holiday weekend.
🇺🇸 Red, White & You - Clement Park
South Jeffco’s biggest July 3rd tradition is back at Clement Park in Littleton. Starting at 5pm on Thursday, July 3rd, you’ll find live music, food trucks, a beer and wine garden, face painting, and kids’ activities - all wrapped up with a fireworks display after sunset. Parking fills up fast, so come early and make a night of it with the whole crew.
🎆 Golden’s 4th of July Festival
Lions Park is the place to be this Independence Day. Golden’s all-day celebration runs 10am to 8pm on Friday, July 4th, with live music from Jeff Goodwin & The Front Range Cowboys, Thunder Roads, and Boogie Machine. Add in food vendors, inflatable obstacle courses, a giant slide, and a bounce house for the kids - and you’ve got a full day of fun capped off with fireworks over the foothills. Bring a blanket and settle in.
🎇 Arvada Fireworks at Stenger Sports Complex
Looking for the classic boom-and-sparkle? Head to Stenger Sports Complex on Friday, July 4th for Arvada’s annual fireworks show. Gates open in the evening with food trucks on-site and plenty of room to spread out and watch the sky light up. Fireworks launch around 9:15pm - lawn chairs and glow sticks encouraged.
