Please note that Odyssey is 21+ so unfortunately the kiddos can't join us this time (next time, family friendly location, promise).

Odyssey is offering you all a buy-one-get-one beer for your first purchase, which is very nice of them! 🍻 They will also be hosting their Thursday night Vinyl Night with Electric Cherry (another local Jeffco business), so it should be an awesome evening!  Mischief Pizza will be the food truck for the evening.

📚 School Returns

A quick congrats to everyone for making it through another summer, if you have school aged kiddos. My son said it was "the best summer of his life". 🤣

🎶 Mountain Music Fest Returns to Evergreen

Saturday, August 16 | Noon–9 PM | Buchanan Park

Evergreen's homegrown music festival is back for year two, and it's shaping up to be quite the community affair. The all-day event features everything from local student bands (including winners of Conifer's and Evergreen's Got Talent competitions) to headliners like Flobots and the Sam Grisman Project.

What makes this festival different is the behind-the-scenes element – local high school students are running most of the show, from sound and lighting to ticketing and vendor booths. It's part music festival, part hands-on learning experience. The whole thing benefits the Wooden Hawk Foundation, which supports educational projects at Evergreen High School.

Beyond the music, expect games, contests, food trucks, and even Mr. Goody Goody the clown making balloon sculptures. It's described as "one part carnival, one part music festival," which feels about right for a community event in the mountains.
