September is upon us!

As mentioned, we're getting together to meet and share a drink with our wonderful neighbors next week on Thursday, at Morris & Mae from 4 - 6pm.

🏡 Looky Loo
Every other week I poke around our local real estate market to highlight fun finds - great deals, astronomical mansions or killer mountain cabins.
It was the roof on this 5BD, 6.5BA home in Evergreen that got me. I told you. Nature on the roof always gets me.
Coming in at a cool $4m, I also find the use of rock, wood and granite really impressive. The 23 acres of land and 2200 sq feet of patios doesn't hurt either.
Next up we head up market to a $7.75m spread also in Evergreen, which is a very nice moutain-cozy remodel that just kind of has everything.
The patio game is also very strong here, and poking through the interior I just kept thinking "ah, yeah, okay, $8m gets you everything, got it". It's not a flashy place, really, it's just gorgeous and checks all the mountain living boxes.
Then I saw this, and had to share. I mean, it comes with a fabrication shop.

🎨 Your Kid's Art Could Be on Every Jeffco Ballot
Jefferson County is bringing back their "I Voted" sticker design contest, and this is a genuine chance for local artists - especially kids - to see their work distributed countywide. There are three age categories (under 13, 13-19, and 19+), with winning designs actually printed on ballot materials and distributed at polling locations in 2026. Artists can submit up to 5 original designs through November 30 - just include the required text ("I Voted/Yo Voté" or "Future Voter/Futuro Votante") and celebrate Jefferson County.
