I hope everyone is enjoying the weird winter we're getting - it's what you make of it right?
I did hear from some friends that some skiing isn't too bad but I haven't been up myself yet. Still nursing a torn achilles with some hope to ski a few times this year.
We are having what essentially amounts to patio weather some days, so that's kind of nice.
And a quick shoutout to all the Broncos fans, it's been a rollercoaster of a week, I'm rooting for you this weekend. My Chicago Bears nearly pulled it off... I think my heart is still racing!

A lot of stuff I come across isn't necessarily an event. I also get all kinds of tips and insights from ya'll which could find their way here.
Jeffco is warning all about incoming super-low temps with no precipitation, which is dangerous for humans and pets alike.
Meanwhile Lakewood just launched their new website, which isn't something a muni does often and is something I'm rather happy about because I searched the old (clunky) one quite a bit.
New Terrain just dropped the lineup for their 10th Goldengrass Festival in May, which is free all weekend.
I don't have pets but Dogs Days at Cheyenne Mountain Zoo seems like a great way to blow your pup's mind.
