Good morning!

So that East Coast trip last week? Wowza.

It was 11 degrees out. Negative 15 degrees with the wind chill.

That humid cold really cuts right to the bone, man. PTSD from growing up.

The trip was still a blast.

New Jersey is a slept-on state, yall.

Let's get into it!

## 🏔️ Crew Bits

*A lot of stuff I come across isn't necessarily an event. I also get all kinds of tips and insights from ya'll which could find their way here.*

Reader Erin called out that [Bowl of 'Zole is next month](https://bowlofzole.com/denver/?ref=jeffcocrew.com) and **tickets go fast**.

**Goldens in Golden** is [literally blowing up](https://kdvr.com/news/local/large-crowd-breaks-record-for-goldens-in-golden/?ref=jeffcocrew.com), this year posting a 60% increase in attendance with 16,000 humans and 5,500 dogs showing up. Not shocked.

In similar news, our pet's HEADS ARE FALLING OFF. No, actually they're [being attacked by mountain lions](https://www.cbsnews.com/colorado/news/colorado-foothills-mountain-lion-attacks-pets/?ref=jeffcocrew.com).

Jeffco Police are asking for help - they need **photos and video** of [the grass fire on Saturday](https://www.cbsnews.com/colorado/news/jefferson-county-sheriffs-office-seeking-information-colorado-grass-fire/?ref=jeffcocrew.com) that caused evacuations in Arvada.
